Delivered comprehensive technical assistance to strengthen climate-resilient WASH governance, sector planning and institutional performance across Balochistan. The assignment led to the preparation of the Balochistan Climate-Resilient WASH Sector Development Plan (2025–2035)—the Province’s first long-term sector strategy, subsequently approved by the Provincial Cabinet in June 2026.

It also included the development of Climate-Resilient WASH and Climate, Energy and Environment (CEE) Roadmaps for WASA Quetta and PHED Gwadar, providing strategic frameworks for institutional reform, integrated planning, climate adaptation, service delivery improvement, investment prioritisation and organisational transformation. Collectively, these initiatives established a long-term vision for strengthening resilient, equitable and sustainable WASH services across urban and rural Balochistan.
