Undertaking a national assessment of disability inclusion within Pakistan’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system to identify policy, institutional, physical and social barriers affecting access, participation and employment outcomes. The study will generate evidence-based recommendations to strengthen inclusive skills development policies, institutional capacity and equitable workforce participation for persons with disabilities.
