Conducted an independent evaluation of the Multi-Year Resilience Programme (MYRP) to assess its relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and contribution to strengthening resilient service delivery in crisis-affected and vulnerable communities. The evaluation examined programme performance across education, child protection, WASH and cross-sectoral interventions, generated evidence on outcomes and implementation approaches, and provided strategic recommendations to strengthen programme design, institutional capacity, adaptive management, accountability and long-term resilience.
