Providing strategic technical assistance to the Governments of Sindh and Balochistan to develop and operationalise harmonised urban and rural WASH Service Level Standards. The assignment includes the review and refinement of service level definitions, development of measurable performance indicators and calculation methodologies, establishment of monitoring and reporting frameworks, and preparation of implementation roadmaps. It also supports institutional coordination, stakeholder consultations and the adoption of practical, evidence-based standards to strengthen sector accountability, performance monitoring, regulatory oversight and climate-resilient WASH service delivery.
