Delivered an integrated programme of technical assistance to strengthen WASH governance, institutional capacity and sector performance in Sindh. The assignment included Climate-Resilient WASH Joint Sector Reviews, Annual Public Expenditure Reviews and WASH Budget Briefs, development of Water Safety Planning Guidelines, dissemination of the Sindh Climate Change Policy and strategic visioning support for the Sukkur Water and Sewerage Corporation. The programme strengthened sector governance, public financial management, climate resilience, utility transformation, emergency preparedness and evidence-based planning, while supporting institutional reforms and sustainable WASH service delivery across the province.
