Leading a comprehensive climate rationale assessment and Joint Sector Review (JSR) of Tajikistan’s WASH sector to evaluate governance, institutional performance, financing, service delivery and climate resilience. The assignment identifies strategic priorities, investment needs and policy actions to strengthen climate-resilient, equitable and sustainable WASH services while informing national planning, sector coordination and future development investments.
